The P & S agreement contains a nine page rider, which discusses secrecy and the creation of four "Approval Not Required" (AND) subdivided lots:
These subdivided lots are described in Exhibit B (the "Site Plan"). Unfortunately, the DPH failed to attach exhibit. We hope to obtain it shortly.
