Peter Adams and Judy Leerer, founding members of STEPPS, are running for Town Meeting in Precinct 11. We urge you to vote on Tuesday, March 27! Our recommendations:
We recommend the following four votes for Town Meeting in Precinct 11:
We feel this slate of Town Meeting Members from Precinct 11 will be our best hope of making progess for Framingham's neighborhoods.
While all three candidates are worthy of election and have the experience and passion needed to represent Framingham, only Ginger Esty has a proven history of fighting the expansion of social services in Framingham. Ginger has been fighting this fight since long before there was a STEPPS. Therefore, we recommend the following vote for Board of Selectmen:
We have nothing against either Charlie Sisitsky or Christine Long and feel both of them would do well. We have no recommendation between them. Vote for either of them or neither, but please vote for Ginger Esty!
There are two unopposed incumbents running for two spots on the Planning Board. This is a difficult and often thankless position, made all the more difficult by the new rule that Dover applicants need site plan approval. Both candidates have handled these new responsibilities with diligence and aplomb. We recommend the following votes for Planning Board:
We thank both of these candidates for their service to Framingham.
